Overall, we’d give our kitchen renovation 3 stars.The design process with Drake was fantastic. He listened to what we wanted, provided great ideas, and made the planning stage enjoyable. While there were some delays in finalising the plans, once the renovation actually commenced, the overall timeframe from installation to completion of the kitchen itself was goodOne area that could definitely be improved is communication around tradie scheduling. We specifically asked to be notified when trades would be attending our home so we could arrange for our dog to be elsewhere. Despite raising this on multiple occasions, tradies continued to arrive unannounced, which created unnecessary stress for both us and our dog.The biggest disappointment has been the after-sales service. Unfortunately, we experienced a tap malfunction that resulted in flooding. To Venaso’s credit, they did eventually take ownership of the issue after several weeks of back and forth between the plumber and the tap manufacturer, and we genuinely appreciated that.However, it has now been almost 21 weeks since the flooding occurred, and we’re still waiting for the final repairs/ finishing touches to be completed. The most frustrating part has been the communication. We’ve repeatedly had to chase updates ourselves, despite being told that someone would follow up and keep us informed. Issues and product faults can happen, and we don’t fault the company for that. What has been disappointing is the lack of urgency, proactive communication, and follow-through to resolve the matter.The kitchen itself looks great, but the overall experience has been let down by inconsistent communication and poor post-installation support.

We’re very happy with the renovation of our kitchen and laundry. Milan did a great job combining the original brick walls with modern cabinetry, creating a stylish and practical design. Brenton was excellent throughout the project. Although a few unexpected changes came up during the work, he managed everything well, kept communication clear, and made sure the project stayed on track.

Venaso were highly professional and timely in their support in renovations to our bathroom and kitchen in April. The design process was detailed and critical in getting our ideas into a concrete plan. Milan was particularly helpful in the measuring and design process. Reviewing the drawings and ensuring quotes, drawings and cabinet specifications took some time to get correct requiring multiple updates.The build process was very timely and professional. If anything unexpected arose our site manager Cho was onto it quickly and assisted to provide options and solutions quickly. Brenton was also especially helpful on the completion of our project, extremely friendly and prompt. The quality of the work was excellent and timeliness of the job as well. For such big works to our home we were very impressed with the speed of the work and the professionalism and cleanliness of the workers. Highly recommend if you are doing large or multiple areas of your home going with a professional well known organised company such as Venaso.

We did our bathroom renovation and the result was amazing. Jessie did a wonderful design where everything is well thought, tiles sizing and color, tapware model and colour, vanity, etc. Everything exceeded our expectations. On top of that, the tile set out and installation is more than perfect. The cherry on top of the cake was Moh who did a wonderful job as a supervisor resolving any issues in a very professional way. Contracting Venaso to renovate our sad mid-century bathroom was the best decision we have made. The process from start to finish was clearly communicated and progress along the way diligently tracked. Everything was kept to a tight schedule and sometimes even ahead. The assorted trades were on time, attentive and impressively tidy making it light work for the cleaners Venaso sent in at the end. As with all renovations there were the odd hiccups but they were all discussed and sorted out as agreed with Brenton our dedicated site supervisor. Thank you, your professionalism was impressive. We and Onyx love our new bathroom.

We have just completed 3 bathroom renovations with Venaso. From the initial design consultation to the selection of tiles, cabinets and fittings went smoothly.The schedule of the project went to plan with only one hiccup with the plumbers which was sorted promptly. The trades were all good especially the tilers.Our supervisor Brenton was outstanding and we appreciated his attention to detail and now we feel like we are in a 5 star hotel bathroom.We are just sorry that we did not find Venaso 2 years ago when we renovated our kitchen and laundry.We would highly recommend Venaso for any renovation they are a very professional organisation.

We recently had Venaso do quite a large renovation job to our kitchen, living/dining & laundry. We are so beyond happy with the finish of everything and the service we received from everyone was fantastic, especially Milan.... but i would like to make a special mention for Moh, our site supervisor. Right from the beginning he went absolutely above and beyond for us. His willingness to go the extra mile made the process a lot easier for us and it's rare to find people who genuinely care about delivering excellent service. We are so appreciative of him.

This our second time using Venaso and our new bathrooms got delivered on time and budget with absolutely everything taken care of. Drake brought his a-game with selections and site plans. Communication with Moh our site manager always easy and clear. We couldn't be happier with the end result. If you want renovations, we couldn't recommend Venaso highly enough.

Venasso remodelled our kitchen a living area with some elements of structural building work required. The schedule was laid out for us before the project began and our project manager, Barrie kept us informed and everything running smoothly along the way. We are very happy with the results and also the process generally.

Whole process was so easy from prestart and selection with Drake right through to Brenton as the site superviser. Trades were punctual and did a fantastic job.

Looking for quotes to renovate my kitchen so booked appointments with Venaso and a few other renovators. Venaso impressed me with their professionalism. No time wasting or pushy/pressure sales tactics they came in measured up took pictures and left within 20 minutes which impressed me. With those measurements we booked in an appointment to go through the other details, cabinet materials, style, design etc. After this a quote was produced. We had a few quotes but went with Venaso based on impressions, reviews and professionalism.Once booked in communications were brilliant. Any queries resolved quickly. Works started, very impressed with the cabinet makers, stone masonry, electricians and plumbers and in the end produced a high quality job which we were very happy with. Would definitely recommend Venaso and would use them again for future renos.

Venaso has an amazing team and they were wonderful to work with. They are excellent communicators and the entire renovation process was smooth from the first meeting to handover. Product quality was also excellent. Highly recommend!

Our bathroom renovation with Venaso Selections was a seamless experience from start to finish. From the initial design meetings with Steve, we were impressed by the responsiveness and genuine care shown throughout the process.A standout was our project manager, Ali, whose professionalism and organisation made the entire construction phase run smoothly and on schedule. Even with the complexity of shifting a bathroom wall, Ali ensured everything progressed seamlessly with minimal disruption to our daily lives. Communication was excellent, Ali kept us consistently informed about upcoming trades and schedules and was always available to answer questions, even on weekends.All trades were professional, respectful and maintained a clean work environment throughout. ** UpdatedBen thank you for your response unfortunately it has all the hallmarks of an AI generated response which has not addressed our concerns, rather it provides an indication of the dismissive nature of the Venaso project team addressing our concerns when they were raised.After seeing the Insta promos and the razzle, dazzle of Venaso and their projects, we are clearly one of those 1 in 10 customers, where this didn’t occur!There are some positives, the renovations were completed eventually, the pre-start was very efficient (smooth and convincing) as are their accounts department, along with a couple of stand out trades, who worked hard, in particular the ceiling fixer and cabinet maker and installer, and we are now enjoying our new space.As for the negatives, there are many, we wouldn’t have thought our renovation project was that small, the house was handed over, vacant, and unoccupied, with a very clear timeframe, due to us returning to Perth. Whilst Venaso had full access, 24/7, there was no respect for the way the house was treated, including no portable toilets installed for the 10 weeks, for the trades, our existing toilet was demolished as part of the renovations, hence our garden became the porta-loo. Our living areas became the dumping spot for all the rubble. Project management non existent, there was no formal handover from Milan the Designer/part-owner to the site supervisor, Moh, with us, nor did we have any further meetings with the project team. Yes, communication via WhatsApp is great, however, this is also where the client project management happens, no tracking, and no client version control.Despite paying for all materials upfront there were delays in materials being obtained, with some not even available, along with faulty ones, which had to be replaced.Unfortunately I became seriously unwell, in the week after the work was due to be finished, and due to the delays, after my release from hospital I couldn’t stay at the house. Not to mention the state of the house, we raised our concerns, with the dirt and sand embedded, into the grout/flooring and cabinets, eventually a cleaner was sent. The cleaner turned up twice, with a feather duster, and a tooth brush! To this day, I’m still unable to remove the dirt from the grout, which makes us question, the quality and type of grout used.In terms of finish, and quality, there are several disappointments, the main one being our kitchen concrete bench tops, the seams are visible, along with a major imperfection in the join. The original top was damaged, which caused a major delay, subsequently we complained about the finish, with the trade returned 3 times to rectify, to this day, it still looks awful. Little details such as the stickers on the insides of the cabinets were not removed, tiles and grout uneven, gaps between the rooms, and external flooring.We came to this project as experienced home owners, having renovated and built previously, this by far was the worst we have undertaken, whilst there appears to be many happy customers, we wouldn’t recommend working with Venaso.For those wondering did we escalate and complain, most definitely yes, including my husband walking into the showroom in November and requesting a meeting with Ben the owner, this never occurred, instead our concerns were handed over to their senior site supervisor to resolve. All concerns were also raised on WhatsApp.Furthermore after another escalation and raising concern we finally heard from Milan in January, wondering how things could be resolved, keep in mind this was about 8 weeks after the formal work was completed . We advised we were still waiting for replacement equipment to be installed, this finally happened on 9th February, after which we asked for all compliance certificates to be issued for the plumbing and electrical work. Once again multiple follow ups, with the certification provided on the 4th March, to be noted these documents were not lodged at the time of work completed.Somehow don’t think our home is insta worthy!

Moh and the team did a fabulous job on project managing our kitchen. Everything was taken care of and we couldn’t be happier. If we had any issues or problems, we mentioned it to Moh and he sorted it out. Stephen was also the one that came up with the fantastic design that turned our once tiny kitchen into a fantastic space with a massive pantry.
