Disappointing experience. We're renovating a bathroom at our investment property and had Joseph come out to measure up. We were verbally told to come in today at 1:30 to review the design and quote. When we arrived, the meeting hadn't been scheduled and they were surprised to see us. On top of that, they walked back the timeline we'd originally been given — we'd discussed a mid-November completion, but were now told mid-November was the earliest they could even start. Between the missed appointment and the shifting timeline, it was an unprofessional experience and a waste of time for everyone. Wouldn't recommendEdit to respond to owner:This response is purely to save face. When staff looked up our account in the showroom, both Joseph and the admin representative explicitly confirmed that no follow-up appointment had been entered into their system at all—for that week or the following week. There was no "misunderstanding" over dates; the appointment was simply never logged. Very disappointing to see them misrepresent what happened rather than take accountability.

Great building experience thanks to Barry. He is awesome and always looked to improve customer experience by asking if some things needed clarity or if we had thought of the practicality of the design.

The team at Vinasho, led by the fantastic Moh, did a superb job. Moh's warm smile and ability to diffuse tense customer situations were impressive. The toilet renovation exceeded expectations!A special thank you to Drake, Vinasho's talented designer, for his exceptional design skills. Great job, Vinasho!

Thank you, Venaso, for my lovely new bathroom - now I don't have to climb into a bathtub anymore. It's a great design, thanks Drake. Moh, you and your team did such a great job with not only the lovely remodel but in dealing with the logistics issues that came with fittings arrival delay in a very respectful and courteous way - thank you all very much. Highly recommended team.

Thank you Venaso for all of your hard work on our beautiful bathrooms. We love them! The trades were all of very high quality and we are very happy with their work. Thanks to our site supervisor Brenton for being so organised, diligent and going above and beyond for us. The whole process was as smooth as it could have been given our tricky reno. We appreciate all of your hard work on this. And to Jessie for being so contactable during the design process. Thanks again, we are thrilled

We recently had our bathroom renovated by Venaso, and we are very happy with the final result. I would highly recommend Venaso to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.

We are so happy with our new kitchen from Venaso, such high quality finishes and the sintered stone bench top and splash back is our favourite part of the whole kitchen. Thanks to Brenton and the team at Venaso for their hard work, continuous problem solving in the project and great communication while our kitchen was being renovated.

I am beyond delighted with my bathroom renovation. Sincere thanks- from planning, design, schedule management and skilled trades - the experience was without fault and a beautiful result.

Couldn’t be happier with the choice to trust Venaso with a full internal renovation of our kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and living area tiling. Drake was excellent through the design phase, while Brenton did an absolutely outstanding job managing on site. He was always solution-oriented and an absolute gentleman.

I recently had Venaso create a new bathroom in my townhouse. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. Communication, design, trades, cleanliness, follow ups, finance all were superb. I have already recommended to a few friends. To Moh and his team - thank you.

Loved the design, great assistance and advice on selections, good communication before and during the build. Work was completed on schedule to a high standard. It could not have gone any better.

Overall, we’d give our kitchen renovation 3 stars. The design process with Drake was fantastic. He listened to what we wanted, provided great ideas, and made the planning stage enjoyable. While there were some delays in finalising the plans, once the renovation actually commenced, the overall timeframe from installation to completion of the kitchen itself was goodOne area that could definitely be improved is communication around tradie scheduling. We specifically asked to be notified when trades would be attending our home so we could arrange for our dog to be elsewhere. Despite raising this on multiple occasions, tradies continued to arrive unannounced, which created unnecessary stress for both us and our dog.The biggest disappointment has been the after-sales service. Unfortunately, we experienced a tap malfunction that resulted in flooding. To Venaso’s credit, they did eventually take ownership of the issue after several weeks of back and forth between the plumber and the tap manufacturer, and we genuinely appreciated that. However, it has now been almost 21 weeks since the flooding occurred, and we’re still waiting for the final repairs/ finishing touches to be completed. The most frustrating part has been the communication. We’ve repeatedly had to chase updates ourselves, despite being told that someone would follow up and keep us informed. Issues and product faults can happen, and we don’t fault the company for that. What has been disappointing is the lack of urgency, proactive communication, and follow-through to resolve the matter. The kitchen itself looks great, but the overall experience has been let down by inconsistent communication and poor post-installation support.

We’re very happy with the renovation of our kitchen and laundry. Milan did a great job combining the original brick walls with modern cabinetry, creating a stylish and practical design. Brenton was excellent throughout the project. Although a few unexpected changes came up during the work, he managed everything well, kept communication clear, and made sure the project stayed on track.

Venaso were highly professional and timely in their support in renovations to our bathroom and kitchen in April. The design process was detailed and critical in getting our ideas into a concrete plan. Milan was particularly helpful in the measuring and design process. Reviewing the drawings and ensuring quotes, drawings and cabinet specifications took some time to get correct requiring multiple updates. The build process was very timely and professional. If anything unexpected arose our site manager Cho was onto it quickly and assisted to provide options and solutions quickly. Brenton was also especially helpful on the completion of our project, extremely friendly and prompt. The quality of the work was excellent and timeliness of the job as well. For such big works to our home we were very impressed with the speed of the work and the professionalism and cleanliness of the workers. Highly recommend if you are doing large or multiple areas of your home going with a professional well known organised company such as Venaso.

We did our bathroom renovation and the result was amazing. Jessie did a wonderful design where everything is well thought, tiles sizing and color, tapware model and colour, vanity, etc. Everything exceeded our expectations. On top of that, the tile set out and installation is more than perfect. The cherry on top of the cake was Moh who did a wonderful job as a supervisor resolving any issues in a very professional way. Thank you all.

Contracting Venaso to renovate our sad mid-century bathroom was the best decision we have made. The process from start to finish was clearly communicated and progress along the way diligently tracked. Everything was kept to a tight schedule and sometimes even ahead. The assorted trades were on time, attentive and impressively tidy making it light work for the cleaners Venaso sent in at the end. As with all renovations there were the odd hiccups but they were all discussed and sorted out as agreed with Brenton our dedicated site supervisor. Thank you, your professionalism was impressive. We and Onyx love our new bathroom.

Right from the planning stage to the finish the team at Venosa have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Trades people have turned up when they've said they would, build went as planned and to cost. The end product is first class

We have just completed 3 bathroom renovations with Venaso. From the initial design consultation to the selection of tiles, cabinets and fittings went smoothly. The schedule of the project went to plan with only one hiccup with the plumbers which was sorted promptly. The trades were all good especially the tilers. Our supervisor Brenton was outstanding and we appreciated his attention to detail and now we feel like we are in a 5 star hotel bathroom. We are just sorry that we did not find Venaso 2 years ago when we renovated our kitchen and laundry. We would highly recommend Venaso for any renovation they are a very professional organisation.

We recently had Venaso do quite a large renovation job to our kitchen, living/dining & laundry. We are so beyond happy with the finish of everything and the service we received from everyone was fantastic, especially Milan.... but i would like to make a special mention for Moh, our site supervisor. Right from the beginning he went absolutely above and beyond for us. His willingness to go the extra mile made the process a lot easier for us and it's rare to find people who genuinely care about delivering excellent service. We are so appreciative of him.

Thanks to Venaso for the works you undertook at my house. Drake was efficient and easy to correspond with in the design space and Moh and the construction team delivered the works on time and with a good level of finish. Im very happy with the final result and would recommend Venaso for those looking to renovate their home. Thanks again, Sally.

This our second time using Venaso and our new bathrooms got delivered on time and budget with absolutely everything taken care of. Drake brought his a-game with selections and site plans. Communication with Moh our site manager always easy and clear. We couldn't be happier with the end result. If you want renovations, we couldn't recommend Venaso highly enough.

Another huge thanks to team Venaso! After an amazing first experience we couldn’t be happier with our newly renovated ensuite. Another massive thank you to Brenton for overseeing the project and making it such a pleasurable experience. Nothing was ever too much. A big thank you also to those behind scenes, particularly Laura, Rebecca and Christy. We couldn’t be happier with the final product.Huge thank you to the team at Venaso! Drake delivered excellent designs for our kitchen, bathroom and laundry and guided us through the process. The trades delivered high quality results, workmanship and were a pleasure to have in our home. We cannot speak highly enough of our Supervisor Brenton. He was thorough, communicated well and went above and beyond to keep the project on schedule and address any questions or concerns we had. Knowing he was overseeing our project and that he was always contactable made this large project a seamless and enjoyable experience. Thank you Brenton and Venaso for an excellent experience and an amazing final product.

Venasso remodelled our kitchen a living area with some elements of structural building work required. The schedule was laid out for us before the project began and our project manager, Barrie kept us informed and everything running smoothly along the way. We are very happy with the results and also the process generally.

Whole process was so easy from prestart and selection with Drake right through to Brenton as the site superviser. Trades were punctual and did a fantastic job.

We recently completed our renovation project with Venaso, and we are very happy with the final outcome.A special thank you to Mo, our site supervisor, for his hard work, responsiveness, and support throughout the project. Mo was regularly on site, followed up with the trades, managed any issues or changes along the way, and provided valuable advice during the renovation. His communication and commitment made a big difference and helped bring the project to completion.I would also like to thank Drake, our designer, for his professionalism, patience, and support during the design stage. He worked closely with us, accommodated changes, and helped us achieve a design that was both practical and well thought out.Thank you to the Venaso team, and especially Mo and Drake, for your effort and support in completing our renovation project.

Great job Venaso!!! Thank you Brenton for all your hard work and making sure that the job was done well. Can’t forget Milan who came up with the beautiful design and made it all possible. Also thanks to all the tradies that did a great job too plus all the others in the team who did the valuable work behind the scenes. We love our new ensuite so much!!!

Looking for quotes to renovate my kitchen so booked appointments with Venaso and a few other renovators. Venaso impressed me with their professionalism. No time wasting or pushy/pressure sales tactics they came in measured up took pictures and left within 20 minutes which impressed me. With those measurements we booked in an appointment to go through the other details, cabinet materials, style, design etc. After this a quote was produced. We had a few quotes but went with Venaso based on impressions, reviews and professionalism.Once booked in communications were brilliant. Any queries resolved quickly. Works started, very impressed with the cabinet makers, stone masonry, electricians and plumbers and in the end produced a high quality job which we were very happy with. Would definitely recommend Venaso and would use them again for future renos.

Venaso has an amazing team and they were wonderful to work with. They are excellent communicators and the entire renovation process was smooth from the first meeting to handover. Product quality was also excellent. Highly recommend!

Venaso were amazing through the whole process. From design all the to completion. Thank you for bringing our dream to life.

We are extremely happy with our bathroom renovation. Our designer, Jessie very quickly understood the look and feel of the design elements that resonated with us. There was a high degree of preparation for the scope of works and all of the trades were highly skilled. Our supervisor, Moh did an outstanding job and went above and beyond. He was always calm, attentive and strived to achieve the highest possible outcome. Moh demonstrated excellent problem solving skills and quality assurance as each trade worked on the renovation project. We highly recommend Venaso.

An amazing experience from start to finish! Products are of high quality & the team was excellent in communication. Jessie made the process smooth meeting a few times on site. Our bathroom looks absolutely amazing, highly recommended. Thanks Venaso.

Using Venaso made our ensuite renovation less stressful from initial design consult, ordering what was required and managing all the trades required.Very happy with completed ensuite.

Venaso was recommended to us by friends and we're so glad we decided to go with them for our kitchen renovation. Throughout the entire process the team has been very focused on customer service, clear and timely communication and executing to a high level. This goes for the core Venaso team as well as any external trades they employed. The glue that held it all together was Brenton, the project manager. His attention to detail, problem solving skills and communication were top notch. We're looking forward to working with him and the Venaso team on our next project! Thank you.

Our bathroom renovation with Venaso Selections was a seamless experience from start to finish. From the initial design meetings with Steve, we were impressed by the responsiveness and genuine care shown throughout the process.A standout was our project manager, Ali, whose professionalism and organisation made the entire construction phase run smoothly and on schedule. Even with the complexity of shifting a bathroom wall, Ali ensured everything progressed seamlessly with minimal disruption to our daily lives. Communication was excellent, Ali kept us consistently informed about upcoming trades and schedules and was always available to answer questions, even on weekends. All trades were professional, respectful and maintained a clean work environment throughout. The end result is a beautifully finished bathroom that we are absolutely delighted with.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Venaso Selections.

** UpdatedBen thank you for your response unfortunately it has all the hallmarks of an AI generated response which has not addressed our concerns, rather it provides an indication of the dismissive nature of the Venaso project team addressing our concerns when they were raised. After seeing the Insta promos and the razzle, dazzle of Venaso and their projects, we are clearly one of those 1 in 10 customers, where this didn’t occur! There are some positives, the renovations were completed eventually, the pre-start was very efficient (smooth and convincing) as are their accounts department, along with a couple of stand out trades, who worked hard, in particular the ceiling fixer and cabinet maker and installer, and we are now enjoying our new space. As for the negatives, there are many, we wouldn’t have thought our renovation project was that small, the house was handed over, vacant, and unoccupied, with a very clear timeframe, due to us returning to Perth. Whilst Venaso had full access, 24/7, there was no respect for the way the house was treated, including no portable toilets installed for the 10 weeks, for the trades, our existing toilet was demolished as part of the renovations, hence our garden became the porta-loo. Our living areas became the dumping spot for all the rubble. Project management non existent, there was no formal handover from Milan the Designer/part-owner to the site supervisor, Moh, with us, nor did we have any further meetings with the project team. Yes, communication via WhatsApp is great, however, this is also where the client project management happens, no tracking, and no client version control.Despite paying for all materials upfront there were delays in materials being obtained, with some not even available, along with faulty ones, which had to be replaced.Unfortunately I became seriously unwell, in the week after the work was due to be finished, and due to the delays, after my release from hospital I couldn’t stay at the house. Not to mention the state of the house, we raised our concerns, with the dirt and sand embedded, into the grout/flooring and cabinets, eventually a cleaner was sent. The cleaner turned up twice, with a feather duster, and a tooth brush! To this day, I’m still unable to remove the dirt from the grout, which makes us question, the quality and type of grout used.In terms of finish, and quality, there are several disappointments, the main one being our kitchen concrete bench tops, the seams are visible, along with a major imperfection in the join. The original top was damaged, which caused a major delay, subsequently we complained about the finish, with the trade returned 3 times to rectify, to this day, it still looks awful. Little details such as the stickers on the insides of the cabinets were not removed, tiles and grout uneven, gaps between the rooms, and external flooring. We came to this project as experienced home owners, having renovated and built previously, this by far was the worst we have undertaken, whilst there appears to be many happy customers, we wouldn’t recommend working with Venaso. For those wondering did we escalate and complain, most definitely yes, including my husband walking into the showroom in November and requesting a meeting with Ben the owner, this never occurred, instead our concerns were handed over to their senior site supervisor to resolve. All concerns were also raised on WhatsApp.Furthermore after another escalation and raising concern we finally heard from Milan in January, wondering how things could be resolved, keep in mind this was about 8 weeks after the formal work was completed . We advised we were still waiting for replacement equipment to be installed, this finally happened on 9th February, after which we asked for all compliance certificates to be issued for the plumbing and electrical work. Once again multiple follow ups, with the certification provided on the 4th March, to be noted these documents were not lodged at the time of work completed.Somehow don’t think our home is insta worthy!

Moh and the team did a fabulous job on project managing our kitchen. Everything was taken care of and we couldn’t be happier. If we had any issues or problems, we mentioned it to Moh and he sorted it out. Stephen was also the one that came up with the fantastic design that turned our once tiny kitchen into a fantastic space with a massive pantry. Thanks for helping us design and create our amazing kitchen.

Venaso , with Jessie designer and Ali project manager completed a great renovation of my laundry and 2 bathrooms. Their professionalism and attention to detail was brilliant. The job was well managed and completed on time. Jessie helped answer queries during the renovation.Thank you . Jill

My family and I are over the moon with our new kitchen. I wasn't sure if my ideas would work but Drake and Ali made it all come together and I love it. Special thanks to Ali for coordinating everything and helping us reach our goal.

TL;DR - Venaso knows what they're doing and delivers quality. We're in the middle of two stages. Stage 1 is complete. We had a laundry and now have a laundry-2nd-bathroom-shower-bathtub combo and we love what they've done with the place. We understand that every project will have hitches here and there, so we were keen to be A+ customers and make sure we're easy to deal with from their side, flexible regarding unforeseen changes, and clear on our desires and expectations. While everyone's paid to do a job, we believe in treating everyone like you'd like to be treated. You know, little things like let visitors/tradies use the bathroom and offer iced beverages on hot days. This was reciprocated more than we hoped and it fills us with confidence that Stage 2 (semi-en suite conversion to en suite with linen closet) will be no different. From start to (semi-)finish they communicated well, organised tradies who are absolute pros at what they do, and were a pleasure to work with.Special mentions:-Laura and the admin team, who are prompt and informed.-Brenton as our main contact for operational matters, who is easy to talk to, even for anything you might feel difficult to ask/talk about. He's responsive and more than willing to resolve any issues, and we're keen to work with him on Stage 2. We're happy with the show Venaso's organising for us and he's proven to be a star.Edit:Now that Stage 2 is done, it is confirmed Venaso knows what they're doing and delivers quality! Our experience during Stage 2, just like in Stage 1 had its hitches, just like any project of this scale would. Venaso's flexibility regarding unforseen changes and clear communication managed our expectations, and we reciprocated the same flexibility. We welcomed the same tradies to do their thing, and we continue to be impressed with the result! Our humble home now has a full en suite bathroom and a brand new linen closet in our hallway, which added much needed storage. There were even a few little improvements that turned out quite meaningful, e.g. putting the shower mixer on the opposite wall of the walk-in shower - we love it!Thanks for everything Venaso, and Brenton in particular for being so easy to work with :)

They put me in a 3 week funnel then come appointment time (finally) they were a no show twice. Don't waste your time.

Excellent work done by Venaso team. Very professional and punctual on what was promised. We had a remarkable experience with Drake for the design part and with Brenton for his thorough supervision from start to finish. The end product is as per our dream and expectations. We followed recommendations from our friends to take Venaso as the most favourable vendor and we can strongly recommend Venaso for those who are planning for future kitchen projects. Thanks Venaso team for this wonderful experience. Amitava & Sankari

What a wonderful experience renovating with Venaso has been! Completely exceeded our expectations, not only with the workmanship, also with the professionalism of every single tradesperson, the communication and the reliability. A beautiful job and a very happy customer!

We recently completed our bathroom and kitchen renovations and are very happy with the overall result. The quality of the renovations was high, and any issues that arose during the process were addressed and rectified promptly, which gave us confidence throughout the build. If you’re considering using Venaso Selections, I’d recommend taking the time to carefully review the design details before finalising. Making sure everything is exactly as you expect can help avoid variations and additional costs later on.Overall, a positive experience with a great end result.

Requested a quote and had a designer come to the house and measure and give some suggestions then arranged to go to Subiaco for the quote and choosing designs and products. Spent 2 hours at Subiaco a month later and told a quote would be emailed within 5 days. I messaged the designer two weeks later to find out when the quote was coming and was told she had been away unexpectedly which was absolutely fine with us and was told I would have it in the next week. I never heard again and called the office around 4 weeks later and was told the manager would speak to the designer and the manager would call me back that day. Again never heard from anyone via phone, email or messenger. I finally messaged the designer about a week and a half later and she was apparently sending the quote the next day! Completely unprofessional and a waste of our time. We have gone with another company.

High level of quality and constructionHelpful design consultant

From design the whole process was seamless. Plenty of options to look at & no pressure to accept anything. Open to changes of the plan. From when you walk in the door to finishing the build everyone was great to deal with. During the build Brenton the supervisor kept us updated as to what is next & managed any issue that popped up. Renovation in an old house so it has some challenges along the way but again everything was managed without fuss. Brenton managed the trade teams well with everyone turning up on time as per the schedule, his dedication to the renovation was exceptional. Thanks Brenton & Venaso, would highly recommend.

Had my kitchen renovated by Venaso recently. Supervisor Ali was always very punctual and is a very good communicator. Finishing and quality was great. Venaso organised almost everything, demo, plumber, electrical work, cabinetry, stone work ,splashback etc. Just frustrating that they wouldnt do 100% of the job. They wouldn't arrange the flooring and painting for some reason. I'm not in the renovation game, so for me to try find these trades and slot them in around Venaso's trades was annoying.

We recently finished our bathroom renovation with Venaso and were really happy with the outcome. The work was extensive with moving walls, windows, plumbing. As an older house there were a few quirks but Barrie took it in his stride and coordinated trades so it kept moving along. The trades especially the tiler did a great job and we are very happy with our new bathroom. The team were really easy to communicate with and very proactive and responsive to our questions.
